Craniosacral and Brain Therapy

Craniosacral and Brain Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy and Brain Therapy are complementary modalities designed to release tension and balance the nervous system; both are performed while a patient is fully clothed. Both therapies help restore vital flow to increase energy, function and whole-body wellness.

Craniosacral and Brain Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy restores balance to the craniosacral system, which encompasses the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. Craniosacral Therapy is applied using a light touch – generally no more than the weight of a nickel – so the practitioner can monitor the rhythm of the craniosacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. The therapist then uses delicate manual techniques to release problem areas and relieve undue pressure on the brain and spinal cord that can otherwise lead to a range of sensory, motor and neurological issues.

Brain Therapy is an advanced manual therapy that balances and releases tension within the central nervous system, brain and spinal cord to restore optimal health and nervous system balance and provide neck pain relief.

Craniosacral Therapy and Brain Therapy can improve:

  • Whiplash, Migraines & Headaches
  • Chronic Neck & Back Pain
  • Motor-Coordination Impairments
  • Concussion/Traumatic Head Injury & Spinal Cord Injury
  • Infantile Disorders
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Scoliosis
  • Central Nervous System Disorders
  • Emotional Difficulties
  • Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome
  • Orthopedic Problems
