iRest, short for Integrative Restoration, is a modern-day adaptation of the ancient practice of yoga nidra meditation. The research-based, trauma-sensitive practice weaves together eastern philosophy with modern-day psychology and neuroscience to bring a sense of balance and ease to body and mind.

This 8-week series is a condensed version of the 15-week Intro to Yoga Nidra Meditation Turi teaches at MSU.

During this series, you will learn:
  • The core principles of iRest
  • The 10-step protocol
  • The science behind the practice
  • How to integrate it into your daily life

No yoga or meditation experience needed.
Each series is limited to 6 participants. 
Tuesday sessions - bring your own lunch.
