Daniel grew up in the beautiful Gallatin Valley; summers were spent playing in the rivers,
winters in the mountains. His passion and love for culinary arts initially took him away from Montana to Portland, Oregon, where he joined the U.S. Army and was quickly deployed overseas. During this time, he developed a passion for human movement and movement disorders.
Upon returning to the States, Daniel pursued his current career in physical therapy, first obtaining a Bachelor’s of Arts in Exercise Science in 2013 and then a graduate certificate in Gerontology in 2015 from Pacific University. In 2018, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon.
Daniel enjoys working with various orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. He is certified in vestibular rehabilitation with an emphasis in balance and fall prevention; he is also an advanced training specialist for those seeking a comprehensive strength training program as they return to sports. Although Daniel treats patients of all ages, he confesses a soft spot for our aging and veteran populations.
Daniel recently returned to Montana to have his little family closer to his bigger family – and, to escape the city. He joined Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness in 2020.
